Daikyonishikawa USA is Hiring an Accounting Manager Near Madison, AL
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports.
- Oversight of proper coding and management of all processes and systems, including documentation review.
- Liaison to various departments to resolve accounting issues and explain cost-related questions.
- Ensure verification of transactions, complying with financial policies and procedures established by the Company.
- Responsible for reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Supervise and direct accounting staff (AP/ AR, General, and Cost accounting)
- Evaluate all physical contracts with products and billing plans.
- Organize customer contracts and evaluate all agreements and invoices.
- Guide/prepare tax returns on time and interact with outside accounting firm.
- Manage monthly journals, update entries, and maintain and reconcile sub ledgers including fixed assets.
- Oversee all audit requirements.
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Spearhead annual budget reporting among various cost centers.
